The Academy engages partners to the public initiative “Truth and Security”
On July 19, 2022, in line with public initiative “Truth and Security” initiated in February 2022 the International Information Academy signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the NGO “Ukrainian Center for Research on Security Problems in the name of Dmytro Tymchuk” (TYMCHUK CENTER). In order to implement the Memorandum, it is planned to organize joint scientific and practical activities, conduct training, in particular regarding countering disinformation, and support activities aimed at integration into the European Union, NATO and UN ecosystems.
The TYMCHUK CENTER actively counters external threats for Ukraine arising in the military, economic and energy fields, as well as in the field of information security, and has extensive practical experience in the field of information warfare.
Cooperation and efforts coordination between the two organizations is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of combating russian disinformation, facilitating the needs of Ukrainians, foreigners and stateless persons for honest, high-quality and impartial information.
